I had a fun stay at Civic Center Motor Inn. The room felt cozy and clean, which made unwinding after exploring San Francisco delightful. However, the customer service could improve a bit, as the front desk was a tad unhelpful during check-in. Overall, a decent European-style Americana experience.

Pampalasa was a total gem, serving up some delicious dishes that made my foodie heart sing! We also hit up Sextant Coffee Roasters for a perfect brew—such a cozy vibe. Plus, the room we stayed in was comfy, which made unwinding after a long day easy-peasy.

The front desk attendant could use a lesson in kindness. My friend's checkout was a hassle as she ignored our requests for help, making the whole process unnecessarily tense. It's a shame because it took away from our overall experience.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! We explored Union Square and took a ride on the cable cars, both just a few blocks away. The stay was comfortable and our room was clean, which we really appreciated. Just a heads up, parking isn’t included and costs extra, but it was a decent value overall.

However, the night shift service was a letdown. The staff member seemed unwilling to help when we needed change for a vending machine. It left us feeling frustrated during an otherwise enjoyable stay.
